I had to be towed. Tow was from Kruegers BP. They fixed my car over the weekend. I needed more work, and they gave me a ride to (and from work). My car was fixed professionally and thoroughly, and is now running better than in a long time. I had not heard of them before. I will definitely use them again.

Did a great job fixing my truck.

I had an urgent car issue that arose Saturday PM and Krueger BP was able to take care of it on that Sunday afternoon at a reasonable cost and in no time at all and had a good fix. Thank-you!

I stopped there this morning because my tire sensor came on and I went inside there were two guys behind the counter, I asked if someone could please check my air in my tires, I was told it would be at least a 1/2 hr. I had saw a mechanic working on a car in the garage. I am handicapped and unable to do it myself. I looked at the guy and said I will pay you to do it, he said you could come back this afternoon there will be more people here to help you. How many guys does it take to put air in the tires???? I have lived in the neighborhood for 21 years and used this station quite often for gas. Funny thing I was going to get gas there too..........heck if they are going to treat me like this.....why

I made an appointment for two pm to get my oil changed, THREE HOURS later my car was done. I called to inquire about the ridiculous amount of time it was taking, very nicely, and the man just kept telling me that they were busy and my car was done now. I received no apology, nothing. I understand being busy, but they, just are clearly UNRELIABLE . So unless you have time to waste I do not suggest taking your car here.

They came to tow my car from work on a Friday. They took the weekend to figure out what was wrong and by Monday, it was fixed and cost just about what I was hoping it would be. I would definitely use them again.

If they damage your car while towing it and your estimate doesn't match their estimate for damage and you go and get it fixed elsewhere they won't pay the full cost for the damage...because that is against their policy!

Set up a towing for my car on Feb 2, 2015. They gave an ETA of 3 hours which I accepted because it was the day after a big snow storm. Within this 3 hours, they called twice, a minute apart, which I was not available to answer. They didn't leave a message. I called back after 15 minutes and they said that my request has been cancelled because I "need to answer my phone whenever they called". She also said that they're "extremely busy" and have a lot of business. I took my business elsewhere and if you care about service without hassle, you should consider doing so too.

Very professional. Highly skilled drivers so far the best towing service in the west Des Moines area that I've used.

I had the best experience from a gentleman that works at this location. I had a coupon for a gas discount per gallon, he not only came out and personally helped me, he shook my hand and thanked me for stopping, and handed me a business card and suggested if they could assist in the future- please stop by or give them a call, and then opened my door for me.
