Krueger's fixed my car after I had an altercation with a curb. They did it faster than the insurance company paid the claim. These guys are awesome and that is why I always get my gas and service there.

I took my car in here for an alignment. I have my car serviced and checked regularly so I was aware of what my car needed. The next day they call and quote me $1000 to fix a ton of things that aren't anything in that neighborhood of expense to repair, let alone necessary. When I picked up my car, they charged me $107 for the absolute nothing they had done to my car. If you drive by and thing, "wow that place looks shady," trust your instincts. I'm taking my car elsewhere. What a scam. Just like all stereotypical car places that try and charge you to fix everything.

Here is a thought. If you give a time estimated time of arrival, and are asked Tuesday call or text when you arrive, you should do that. I was told you could be expected about 3:15 pm. I clocked out of work at 3:00pm. I contacted you and was told you had already showed up but Bjorn one there. I could call my insurance company again to request a new pick up. When I asked what time you showed up, you told me 2:00 pm. Did Not bother to call or text even though when I double checked with my insurance company that was in their notes as I had requested. Thank you for wasting my time today. When I called my insurance company back to send me a tow, I requested somebody else, more competent that could follow simple instructions. Thank you again for eating my time today. I'll make sure to tell as least 10 people I know how competent your business is.

Driver nice but not sympathetic that i couldnt think of things i needed out of car because I had tears intercepting my brain cells at that time But cashier not a multitasker.and somewhat rudely way of engaging customers

They came to tow my car from work on a Friday. They took the weekend to figure out what was wrong and by Monday, it was fixed and cost just about what I was hoping it would be. I would definitely use them again.

I had to be towed. Tow was from Kruegers BP. They fixed my car over the weekend. I needed more work, and they gave me a ride to (and from work). My car was fixed professionally and thoroughly, and is now running better than in a long time. I had not heard of them before. I will definitely use them again.

I had an urgent car issue that arose Saturday PM and Krueger BP was able to take care of it on that Sunday afternoon at a reasonable cost and in no time at all and had a good fix. Thank-you!
