is anytime your car breaks down convenient? I don't think so. I thought I needed a jump start, so that's what I called for, that wasn't the case, I needed a starter. Richman sent a tow truck so then I had to call for a tow instead, not convenient at all but the driver was very helpful and I got a tow to Richmans BP station and the next day I had a new starter and it works great. not all of it was convenient but they do a great job being a full service towing service, thanks.

They arrived on time, were very courteous, had it loaded and secured quickly.

These guys were exceptional -- they had my daughter's car in for servicing, and they were patient and courteous with her, and they kept me posted on repairs throughout the day. My daughter's to bring her car back on Thursday simply to touch base with their service guys before a trip. They told her, "I have enough Dad and Grandpa in me not to want you on the road without our knowing everything's working as it should be." Outstanding.
