Set up a towing for my car on Feb 2, 2015. They gave an ETA of 3 hours which I accepted because it was the day after a big snow storm. Within this 3 hours, they called twice, a minute apart, which I was not available to answer. They didn't leave a message. I called back after 15 minutes and they said that my request has been cancelled because I "need to answer my phone whenever they called". She also said that they're "extremely busy" and have a lot of business. I took my business elsewhere and if you care about service without hassle, you should consider doing so too.

I had the best experience from a gentleman that works at this location. I had a coupon for a gas discount per gallon, he not only came out and personally helped me, he shook my hand and thanked me for stopping, and handed me a business card and suggested if they could assist in the future- please stop by or give them a call, and then opened my door for me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

A big thank you to the driver who towed my friends little red car from Gray's Lake last night!! He was a very nice, well mannered guy!! Definitely someone I would call if I needed a tow... :)

Awesome service ! Great people, my car broke down at night they came in less than 20 minutes hooked me up & got me home quickly & was very friendly. Strongly recommend you to go to them, you will not be disappointed. :)

Last month we needed to have our car towed a repair shop as the hood release cable was frozen. The battery had failed and since we had towing insurance we decided to have it towed to a repair facility near home. After getting the phone number for Krueger's from our insurance co. we called them to let them know that we would not be there but the car would be unlocked and the keys under the mat and that the hood would not open. Well somebody dropped the ball. While the service was quite quick (the repair facility was surprised it arrived so quickly) someone either didn't inform the tow truck driver the hood would not open or he forgot but in either case the repair facility discovered the hood latch lever broken once inside their shop. We called Krueger's and asked them if they would just purchase the cable we would replace it ourselves. Unfortunately they declined our offer saying 'No one told them that the hood would not open'. So even though their driver didn't deny breaking it...because they say no one told them that the hood wouldn't open then they are relieved of any responsibility. We towed the vehicle because the hood would NOT open. We would have jump started it ourselves IF we could have. Very disappointing.

I come in to this store every Saturday, the lady at the counter is so nice she has a smile on her face, she always asks me how my day is going, I enjoy doing business with this store and will be coming back. I believe the lady's name is Nicole.

I have been taking my car to Westside Auto Pros all these times. Until recently when they charged me $30.00 to screw the front license plate on. After this I lost faith in them. After reading some of the review, I called the guys at Krueger's. John took his time to answer all my questions. I took the car in for diagnostic. Since they only had to spent little time for the diagnostic, they only charged me half price of the full diagnostic. The technician who had worked on my car, called me and went over every detail. If I wasn't moving, I would use this guys for any future repair. I would highly recommend them.
